Another succesfull day. We have visited the church of st. Eustahije, where we were held a lecture from Don Pavao Medac and don Siniša Jožić reagrding the catolicism, they brought us to it as closely as they could, they’ve put us in a time maschine and lead us to the ancient beginings, and not did they only show us different aspects of religion it’s that they have manged to show an amazing parallel of tourism and religion nowadays. They have given us advices how to transfer the knowlegde to the tourists, what are the best ways of aproaching tourists when talking about religion, and we heard a lot of interesting stories and experiences they have shared with us. Then came the legend of ‘Dobrotska čipka’ , a special embroidery which was significant for the area of Boka Bay that it was even part of heirritage and could be found in a will. We are deeply gratefull that we could be a part this story telling, but our day was far from over. Then we moved just litlle further away to the magical town of Kotor, where we visited the Navy of Boka, a herritage that dates back way to the first Sailor Brotherhood founded in the far 809. WE were introduced to their ways of dressing, and traditional dances that are perforemd at certain dates. You have a few photos bellow so you can see a part of the atmosphere and we want to express our gratitude to our members Danka Vuković and Dolores Bonić Fabian Gashler as they’ve taken great responsibilty of organizing this amazing event for us.
